The fried yucca is an ideal dish to be served simply fried or with an entree accompanied by any sauce, also accompanying different dishes, especially those of grilled meats.

1- Peel the yucca and chop it so that it is done before.
2- Put to heat the water in a pot and when it breaks to boil put cassava and a little salt.
3- Once it is done, it is removed, it is drained and it is expected to cool down.
4- Cut the pieces of yucca into bars one finger thick, as if they were chips and remove the central strand of the yucca. It is easier to remove the strand after cooking.
5- We heat a pan with plenty of oil and fry the yucca until it is golden, but without burning, so they will be crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
6- Fry the cassava bars in hot oil, until golden brown.
7- Let it drain on absorbent paper and serve.
