A typical Cuban dish that is usually sold in the little windows for Cuban pesos. They are sold in cardboard boxes and Cubans usually eat it on the street using a piece of the box as a spoon, some use their identity cards.
Ingredients for 4 people
- 2 cups of rice
- 1 can of Chinese beans
- Half chicken breast
- 125 grams of ham
- 250 grams of shrimp
- Frozen mix (corn, carrot and peas)
- 3 eggs
- 3 chives
- Half a cup of soy
- Vegetable oil
Preparation
- Prepare the rice in the pot and add the frozen vegetables
- Beat the eggs in a bowl and make it in a pan
- Chop the chicken into small pieces and pour the soy sauce over a pan until it is golden brown
- Clean the shrimp, bathe them in soy sauce and pass them through the pan
- In a large pan, add oil and put the rice with vegetables, chicken, ham, shrimp and egg. Stir
- Put the soy sauce little by little until it turns brown
- When the rice is fried, the beans are thrown
- Chives are chopped into small pieces and added once the fire is out
