Masas de cerdo fritas


  • 500 g. of clean pork
  • 5 g. of garlic
  • 30 ml. Sour orange juice

Method of preparation

  1. Cut the pork into pieces about 5 cm. And season with salt and pepper
  2. Fry in a large pan with the hot oil constantly stirring until golden brown
  3. Once golden, lower the temperature and let it cook until softened
  4. Once golden, remove it and put it in absorbent paper to remove the fat.
  5. Peel the garlic and crush the garlic, adding the orange juice and a little hot oil from the fry and mix well
  6. Pour the mixture into the meat and serve warm
